Restaurant with a View of Mont-Saint-Michel

Delicious and traditional cuisine

The chef serves delicious and traditional cuisine, inspired by Normandy.
The menu features one of the local specialities: salt marsh lamb.

Lambs raised on salt marshes feed on the saline and iodine flora of coastal pastures.

This land becomes a maritime environment with the changing tides, leading to unique vegetation which gives the lambs a delicious and subtle taste of iodine, flora and hazelnut.

The menu oscillates between land and sea; fans of fish and seafood are sure to be delighted with oysters, lobster, salmon, cod and more. There are no easy decisions here!

In the dining room or on the terrace!

The restaurant is elegantly and simply decorated. With comfortable seats and well-spaced tables, everything has been designed to ensure that your dinner is a uniquely special experience.

The bright dining room boasts bay windows with views of the grounds, exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings.

Le Manoir also has another dining room where breakfast is served. In the morning, after a soothing night’s sleep featuring the gentle sounds of the natural world, you can treat yourself to a generous buffet. As in the restaurant, you can enjoy magnificent views of the grounds.

On sunny days, you’ll love sitting out on the terrace with your breakfast: the perfect way to make the most of the sun’s rays.
